Vegetable garden assessment kit (PDF) is a great resource that will help you assess your garden site and determine your next steps for preparing a garden site.

The next two helpful guides come from The Growing Classroom by Roberta Jaffe and Gary Appel, 1985. Developed by the Life Lab Science Program.

Companion plant guide(PDF) will help you plan your garden. It is a useful guide that tells you what plants should be planted near each other and which ones should not be planted together.

Vegetable plant guide(PDF) is a great resource that lets you know when to plant seeds, how long until germination and many more helpful things to know about planting your seeds.
