Julie Collishaw

Julie has taught middle and high school English in Ridgefield, CT, freshman writing at New York University, and reading and writing classes at community colleges in New York and New Jersey. She has a Masters in English literature from New York University, and a BA in English from Colgate University.

Kerry Nelson

Kerry Supple Nelson has been a registered dietitian for 16 years. She graduated from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition and obtained her Masters Degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Public Health from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Kerry is passionate about teaching all age groups the importance of good nutrition and how nutrition fits into a healthy lifestyle. She has worked with many different age groups from birth to the elderly and varying capacity including hospital, schools, residential housing and long term care facilities. She resides in the Chicagoland area and is the mother of two growing boys.

Julie Zielke

Julie graduated with a BFA from St. Mary's College at Notre Dame and did her graduate work at Northwestern University, earning a Master of Science in Education, with certification in Arts Education K-12. She began her career as a Museum Educator with Terra Museum of American Art in Chicago and has taught art to students K-12 in the public and private schools. The majority of her art instruction was in the private school setting at Francis W. Parker School in Chicago. In recent years, she has worked with elementary students in outdoor classroom settings, exploring Science and Art as a visiting "Naturalist in Residence," with the Wilmette Public Schools, Wilmette, IL

Amy Fox

Amy received her BA in English, Creative Writing from Michigan State University. She has worked in the educational publishing arena for the last 25 years with Encyclopedia Britannica, Wiley, Princeton Press, Steck Vaughn, and others in positions as editor, writer, photographer, project manager, creative director and publisher. As an avid equestrian, she was a columnist for a national equestrian magazine, serving the combined training community. Her work has won national awards and recognition. Currently, she works as Director and Founder for the Yellow Tractor Program which advocates for sustainable growth by clearing a path to food security, building opportunities for healthier life skills, and providing a safe place for children to grow not only food, but themselves.
